Obstacle Course Racing, or OCR for short, is one of the fastest growing endurance sports worldwide. What at first glance looks like a mix of cross-country running and an adventure playground is in fact a varied, challenging and motivating sporting experience that inspires people of all ages and fitness levels. Obstacle courses combine physical challenge, nature and team spirit in a way that few other sports do.
